San Felipe de Neri Arts & Crafts Fall Fiesta
Saturday October 8 & Sunday October 9 2022

San Felipe de Neri Parish invites artists and crafters to display and sell their handmade arts and crafts. The fair will be held in the garden and portal in front of the office/rectory on the east side of the church. It is an open air fair to be enjoyed by tourists and locals.

Set up for both days            7:00 AM must be done by 9:30 AM
Fall Fiesta Hours                  10:00 AM - 4PM
Tear Down                            4:00 PM. No Sooner

Application must be complete, signed, accompanied by 2 pictures showing your items to be sold, mailed or brought to church office or gift shop Application must be received/postmarked by September 14,2022. Space Fee $100.00 Sign up is for both Saturday and Sunday
Notification of acceptance by juried committee by September 21,2022 Payment must be received by September 29,2022

Garden spaces approximately 10’x10’
Portal spaces approximately. 10’x5’

Vendors will supply tables,chairs,display set up, shade cover and method of payment. WI-FI and electricity is not available

Absolutely no manufactured items such as Avon, Tupperware or jewelry that is not handmade will be accepted. Absolutely no food or drinks can be sold by vendors. Lit candles will not be allowed. Vendor items and supplies cannot be stored overnight Security will not be provided during or after hours of the event.

Vendors: The majority of your customers will be tourists. Large items could become a concern for them. Also as beautiful and unique as our church, gardens and courtyard is it is not level please be aware of the landscape
